Isn’t it fortunate that nature provides us with such luscious fruits and vegetables to eat at this time?

A diet of primarily raw fruit and vegetables will help you feel lighter, aid in weight loss and keep your energy strong. What better than fresh tomatoes to zest up our salads? Or a filling mango smoothie to rejuvenate us through the day.

In the hottest months we are seasonally spoilt for choice with an abundance  of fresh, tasty produce at its peak. Sweet stone fruits including peaches and nectarines, along with melons, mangoes and grapes alike, will liven up your meals and tantalise your taste buds!



1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 a banana

1 tsp chia seeds

1/4 cup coconut water

1/2 cup ice (optional)



Place all ingredients in your blender – and mix!

TIP: Pour some into plastic cups, pop in a popsicle stick and freeze for a twist on the average icy pole!
